OPEN - PT/ FT Order Fullfillment & Warehouse Assistant

Start Date: August (start date negotiable)
Compensation: $16.00 + Staff Discounts
Hours: 15 hours per week ( To Start but Work Way Up To Full-time after Training) + occasional availability to work markets (on location position)

Job responsibilities include:

- Cutting /Scoring & Packing Stock (Training will be provided)
- Shipping & Packing Orders
- Update and maintain online content such as Etsy & website. As well as maintain and update wholesale websites
- Returning & organizing emails
- Inventory Management
- Working The Jaybee Store Front
- Running a Market Table
- Additional tasks may be required

Qualifications:

- Experience with shipping/ order fulfilment an asset
- Experience with Etsy/ Shopify an asset
- Strong Writing And Communication Skills 
- Experience in Softwares such as Canva / Adobe Illustrator
- Experience managing and counting Inventory 
- Self-Starter
- Good Communicator and takes direction well
- Works well independently
- Personable and comfortable selling our product to potential customers

OPEN - Seasonal Market Assistant

Start Date: Early November/ December 
Compensation: $16.00/hr + Staff Discounts
Hours: Subject to Market Hours - TBD

Job responsibilities include:

- Providing Excellent Customer Service & Engaging W/ Customers
- Handling Cash and POS system
- Maintaining Stock Levels & Replenishing Stock At Booth
- Knowing and demonstrating product Knowledge
- Reaching Daily Sales Goals
- Remembering Market Promos

Qualifications:

- Training Will Be Provided. However, previous market experience would be a perk.
- Experience with Shopify/ Square POS A Bonus
- Works well independently
- Has Own Method Of Transportation
- Personable and comfortable selling our product to potential customers
